Plant Bug Nursery is locally owned and operated in Sefton, North Canterbury. Nestled within a rural lifestyle property, this distinctive nursery encompasses the cosy residence of its proprietors, Tina and Andrew. We aim to give a personalised experience to buying your plants. As a boutique nursery, our focus centers on quality perennial plants, shrubs, and an assortment of native trees and shrubs.
All our plants are loved and cared for. All grown from seeds or propagated from cuttings in our nursery and potted up and grown either in an outside hardening-off area or shade house.

In addition to our horticultural offerings, we proudly cultivate Ornamental Bottle Gourds (Hue) – each one naturally dried and brimming with uniqueness. Our selection boasts an array of shapes and sizes, ready to infuse your space with their distinctive charm.
